The Delegation from Showa Women’s University Visited the School of Humanities

On December 5, 2023, the delegation led by Ms. Satoko Fukai from the Center for International Exchange at Showa Women’s University visited the School of Humanities. Ms. Qi Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Humanities, Prof. Cai Wenjing, Vice Dean of the School, Prof. Wang Jun, Assistant for the School’s Dean and Director of the International Chinese Education Center, and Ms. Mo Xiaoling, Director of the School’s International Office and other faculty members attended the reception and exchange.

During the meeting, Ms. Qi Hong expressed her warmest welcome to the delegation. She reviewed the collaboration between the two universities and introduced the development of the School of Humanities in recent years, and hoped that the friendship would continue to be consolidated and deepened in the future.

On that afternoon, the delegation had another meeting with Mr. Ma Wei, Deputy Director of SJTU’s International Affairs Division, Ms. Zhu Yifan, Deputy Director of SJTU’s International Affairs Division and other faculty members. The two parties introduced their international programs respectively and had an in-depth discussion on promoting joint projects and academic exchanges in the near future.
