Wen Xuewu (male) was born in Huangchuan, Henan Province in March, 1968. In 1997, he graduated from School of Chinese Language and Literature at Fudan University with his PhD in Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature. He has been working in School of Humanities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Since 1999. Now he is an associate professor and a M.A. candidate supervisor in Literature and Art Studies at SJTU. From September 2012 to August 2013, he has been working in National Taiwan University as a visiting scholar.
